Pricing is based on the size of the load (truck bed, 6-ft trailer, 12-ft enclosed trailer) rather than by the hour, so you know the cost upfront. Disposal fees are always a separate, disclosed line item — we use the Bees Ferry facility in Charleston County and pass the actual cost through with no markup.

Investor turnover cleanouts clear tenant junk, appliances, and pre-demo debris — and we can handle light demolition (carpet, drywall, cabinets, fixtures) as part of the same job. All jobs include timestamped before/after documentation.

All light demo is non-structural. Disposal, PPE, bags, and dump runs are priced separately. We do not do structural demolition, electrical, or plumbing.
