Listed below are the services we provide and the rates below. Packing materials and supplies are not included in the rates below. However, all packing materials and supplies needed (boxes, totes, storage bins, tape, labels, shelving systems etc.) will be provided at market rate cost.

All hourly services include travel within a 20-mile radius, supplies (labels, boxes), and basic disposal coordination.

Owner-operated — Don is on every job personally. We confirm the night before and text when we’re 30 minutes out. You never find out by last-minute text.
Background checked, fully insured and bonded, no subcontractors ever. Family members always welcome on-site. Before/after photos on every job.
Every job is complete before we go. We walk through the space with you at the end and don’t consider the job finished until you’re satisfied.

Load-Based Junk Removal — Quick Haul Jobs (labor only · disposal always separate)

Use these for quick haul-only jobs — no sorting, no donation runs, no estate complexity. Disposal fees are charged separately based on actual weight and material type at the Bees Ferry facility. Final price confirmed from photos or on-site walk-through before any work begins.
