We handle non-structural demo — the kind of work that needs to happen before renovations begin. Carpet and padding removal, laminate/LVP, drywall, cabinets, vanities, flooring, and fixtures. All light demo is non-structural. Disposal, PPE, bags, and dump runs are priced separately. We do not do structural demolition, electrical, or plumbing.
